Drew Erickson is a highly skilled data scientist with a diverse background in biology, data science, and software development. Drew studied biology at Harvey Mudd College and earned a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Arizona. He has worked as a scientific data wrangler at Stanford University School of Medicine, a post-doctoral fellow at the Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Center, and a research associate at UC Berkeley. Drew has also worked as a data solutions engineer at Healthline Networks, Inc. (now Talix) and Talix, as well as a former data science fellow at Galvanize - San Francisco, SoMa. Currently, Drew serves as a senior data scientist at Cogitativo, Inc. and is the lead developer of prediction and anomaly detection tools. With extensive experience in coding software tools and interfaces, Drew has excellent analytical and scientific investigation skills and is adept at absorbing new concepts and techniques.
