Before co-founding Trace Finance, Leone worked as the Senior iOS Engineer at TrustWallet at Binance, where he developed innovative iOS applications to enhance the security and usability of Binance's cryptocurrency wallet. Moreover, his experience as a Java and Android Engineer at Unoceros Corporation enabled him to gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies while sharpening his skills in software development. Leone also worked as an iOS Developer at Stop, Breathe & Think, where he played an instrumental role in developing mobile applications to promote mindfulness and meditation.

His expertise spans across several domains, including security analysis, IT consultancy, software engineering, software architecture, and iOS application development. Leone has worked as a software architect at Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ), a software engineer at Supremo Tribunal Federal, a security analyst at Sicoob Confederação, and an IT consultant at World Meteorological Organization.
