Meet Jacob Fenton, the former Amazon Senior Product Manager and CrowdRise/GoFundMe VP Business Operations executive who is now making waves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at StockX. Fenton's passion for creating amazing products and experiences for customers have led him to become a domain expert in customer experience management, business operations, product management, marketing, new product development, business model innovation, technology strategy, hiring and general management, and business development across industries such as e-commerce (primary and secondary marketplaces), crowdfunding and two-sided platforms, software and SaaS, IoT and connected appliances, consumer electronics, education software, mobile applications, digital media, and commercial real estate.
