Sajith Rajapakse is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. He has a wide range of knowledge in various areas including cement manufacturing, aggregate industry, ready-mix plant operations, and heavy machinery predictive maintenance. His expertise in optimizing systems, conflict management, team building, and communication has made him an excellent coach and trainer in project management and construction management. Sajith holds an MBA in HR management, a diploma in vocational education and training, and a BSc in mechanical engineering. He also studied Masters in Applied Project Management from the University of South Australia.
