Globant is a rapidly growing software development firm from Latin America on a mission to put a stake in the ground in the US, particularly in the Bay Area. As part of the nascent San Francisco office, I wear many hats as an HR Business Partner, including: -Learning & Development: Currently, I'm piloting Engineer Development program whereby Globant sends talented front-end engineers to our HQ in Argentina to undergo growth acceleration curriculum that sharpens their coding skills and makes them agile evangelists   -People & Culture: I've initiated regular All-Hands meetings and company surveys to bring colleagues from around the Bay Area together to discuss Globant's growth strategy and ultimately work to improve our customer and employee value proposition.  -Recruiting: Sourcing, interviewing and bringing on local developers, primarily from the following stacks: Ruby, Web UI, Java.

At Endeavor, I loved connecting entrepreneurs to mentors, partners and investors to help them grow their businesses and become leaders in their ecosystem. As an Account Manager on the Endeavor Global Entrepreneur Selection & Growth team, I worked with  Endeavor Entrepreneurs primarily from Argentina, Chile and South Africa to help diagnose their leadership and business challenges and create a personal development plan to address these challenges. Development strategy could be as varied as leadership coaching, creating an advisory board, making introductions to investors, and devising market entry strategies. In this role, I managed a team of two to bring Endeavor candidate entrepreneurs through due-diligence process in Argentina, Chile and South Africa. My responsibilities also included pioneering Endeavor's Talent Services bundle, where I:  -managed Endeavor's network of Talent experts  -transferred Endeavor's university recruiting efforts to an online platform, <a href="http://endeavor.org/talent">endeavor.org/talent</a>  -recruited on behalf of Endeavor portfolio companies at leading business schools across the U.S.,   resulting in ~45 placements a year.
