Arshia Sethi is a highly accomplished and experienced professional, having worked in numerous roles related to education, volunteering, policy, and advocacy. She holds a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Studies, and Global Health Studies from Northwestern University.

She has served as the Director of Volunteer Recruitment at Thread, Inc., where she was formerly the Volunteer and Student Enrollment Manager. Prior to her work at Thread, she was a LEE Policy and Advocacy Summer Fellow at Leadership for Educational Equity, the Induction Coordinator at Teach For America, and a 7th and 8th-grade Social Studies Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools. She also served as a 2015 Corps Member at Teach For America.

Arshia has worked as an Outreach and Intake Intern at Upwardly Global, a Calling Representative at Winsby Inc, and a Case Management Intern at the International Institute of Buffalo. She has also volunteered at various organizations, including the Chicago Women's Health Center, Northwestern University, FACE AIDS, and Mayfest Productions.

Arshia has expertise in volunteer management, student enrollment, policy advocacy, education, and social services. She is highly skilled in research, outreach, event planning, and teaching. Arshia is passionate about education, social justice, and community engagement.
