Callaway Golf Company manufactures and sells golf clubs, golf balls, and golf accessories under the Callaway Golf, Odyssey brands.-	Quickly worked my way up through the organization from an Order Entry Representative to Global Director of Odyssey, and then given additional responsibilities of the Callaway Iron and Hybrid categories totaling $300 million in revenue-	Developed a global five year product line landscape, refining product launch cadences and lifecycles for Putters, Wedges and Packaged Sets-	Drove the first year growth of the brand’s long-term global plan to a 7% increase in net sales ($111 Million total sales) and 15% increase in standard margin-	Grew our Wedge category revenue 80% in 2015, achieving record market share numbers for Callaway globally-	Developed a global brand strategy and led our advertising and media agencies in the implementation of global marketing campaigns-	Refined End of Life processes with our supply chain and sales organizations to reduce at risk inventory by 35% over a two year span-	Worked extensively with our PGA tour staffers to concept, test and develop current and future product lines -	Concepted and drove numerous research studies centered around evaluating the purchase process, retail experience, market segmentation, brand positioning and future product development-	Completed fully integrated go-to-market plans for all key product launches -	Led the conception and development for award winning and Tour winning products like the Versa, Metal-X Milled, Milled Collection, Tank, Tank Cruiser and PM-Grind wedge
