Mynd Management

Develop Product, Design and Data teams while leading the Product vision for our internal and external platform, Otto. Recruit and provide mentorship to Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and Developers while establishing roadmaps and prioritizing scrum teams.Individually Product Manage our internal accounting and reporting platform. Actively develop with SQL and Python to build and maintain data infrastructure.

Lead Starwood Waypoint's financial applications ecosystem. Maintain up time and efficiency by managing a group of Application Administrators and Analysts. Handle contract and vendor relations for our SaaS applications. Adapt our systems through the integration of outside applications and in house development. Architect custom in house development efforts from small reporting projects to large full scale custom applications. Utilize a network of outside specialists to provide top quality development deliverables. Ensure data integrity is maintained for key performance indicators and all financial data through SOX compliance and various methods of data analysis and monitoring. Architect, enhance and maintain a custom built data integrity application monitoring data points across business critical applications. Specialize in the auditing, movement and representation of all forms of data.

Director of Applications

Gather requirements and propose comprehensive solutions consisting of Hardware and Software architecture for Yardi and Microsoft technologies. Develop custom solutions for Microsoft data related technologies and SharePoint. Support sales in securing large contracts providing working proofs of concepts. Analyze and implement cost benefiting solutions for existing clients and internal corporate systems. Consult large clients on custom implementation projects involving onsite collaboration in the Asia Pacific region.

Yardi Systems

Solutions Architect

Administer deployments, maintenance and customization of multi-tenancy SharePoint environments for both on premises and cloud environments. Develop automation and audit scripts via PowerShell. Act as lead escalation for troubleshooting custom applications involving Power BI, Yardi Orion and SharePoint. Provide training and continued research and development for new Microsoft related technologies.

Technical Analyst

Work with new and existing clients coordinating database conversions. Consult on requirements, timelines and procedures. Facilitate and develop ETL's and data integrity processes.

Data Conversion Specialist

Implement property and financial management software. Create implementation plans to coordinate multiple modules. Troubleshoot technical issues with software applications and networks.
