James Cummings

James Cummings is a highly educated and experienced finance professional with a passion for commercial real estate. He earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Virginia Tech.

Before entering the financial industry, James served as an Armor Officer in the US Army, earning the rank of Captain. Following his distinguished military career, he worked as an Underwriter for Travelers and later transitioned to Santander Bank, first as a Credit Associate and currently as an Associate in Commercial Real Estate.

James's expertise lies in underwriting and commercial real estate, and his experience in finance and lending has honed his analytical and problem-solving skills. He combines his finance knowledge with his passion for real estate to excel in his current role.
