Lulzim Syla is an entrepreneur, businessman, investor, and strategist with a mission to accelerate society's move toward sustainability and equity. He achieved a bachelor's degree in Management&Informatics from Universiteti i Prishtines - Fakulteti Ekonomik. His work involves providing strategic advisory services, entrepreneur development, impact investing, and speaking, lectures, and workshops on sustainability and social innovation. Additionally, he initiates new projects and businesses to support his mission. He is an expert in strategic business development, focusing on strategic cross-sector collaboration, capacity development, and integrating sustainable development and innovation strategies within the practice area of places and regions. He advises people and institutions across sectors on sustainable local/regional and business development issues. Syla is currently serving as the Managing Director - Geschäftsführer at Elen GmbH and has previously held positions as Chairman Of The Board at MIRECK - Metal Industry and Renewable Energy Cluster of Kosovo, Member of the Board at Prishtina Institute of Political Studies, Managing Partner - Chief Strategy Officer at Elen, and Senior Business Consultant at Entermedia Group.
