- Contributed to strategy, planning and execution for company which grew revenue by $563m (21% CAGR) and Operating Profit by $132m (50% CAGR) in six years. One of 12 executives honored by CEO for surpassing $1b in annual revenue.
- Managed team of 18 in designing products and marketing programs to help drive consistent growth in software business despite flat market. In last year, increased sales by 23% and revenue by 12% to record levels while improving ROS by 6%.
- Led annual strategic planning along with creation of investment and resource allocation, implementation projects, metrics and cross-organizational communication.
- Partnered with head of Engineering to lead transformations to Agile, SaaS and Cloud. Oversaw design of SaaS products, including analytics with patented algorithm. Increased recurring revenue 67% in 2015.
