Max Oliveira is the CEO and co-founder of MaxMilhas and an experienced industrial engineer. He pursued his education in engineering at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and later completed an Executive Program for Growing Companies in Business Administration and Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Max has years of experience in operational improvement and lean manufacturing, previously working as a senior industrial engineer at Vale and as a global management trainee at AmBev. He has also served as a talent industrial intern at CNH, Montele Elevadores, and Produção Júnior Consultoria & Assessoria.

Max has honed his entrepreneurial skills as an Endeavor Entrepreneur with extensive experience in angel investing, especially in the music industry, previously funding Brodr Music. He is known for his expertise in growth strategies, business development, and sales management.

As an active member of the startup community, Max takes an interest in advising and mentoring startups. His inspiration to co-found MaxMilhas came from his experience traveling across Brazil, providing him a unique perspective of how the travel industry operates, paving the way for a new business opportunity.
