Euwyn Poon is a Cornell-educated entrepreneur and lawyer with an impressive background in both law and tech. Poon earned his BA in Computer Science and his JD from Cornell University. He also spent time at Y Combinator. After law school, Poon worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as an associate before clerking for the Western District of New York under Judge John T. Elfvin. In 2016, Poon co-founded Spin, an electric scooter sharing company, and has since been recognized as a leader in the sharing economy space. Prior to Spin, Poon founded Epsilon and Opzi. With experience and expertise in both law and technology, Poon is a noteworthy figure in the startup world.
