Berhane Saad is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various strategic and leadership roles.

He holds a D.E.S.S. in Economics from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon, a Master's degree in Economics specializing in Labor Market and Human Resources from Panthéon-Sorbonne University in France, and a Diploma in Electronic Commerce from Grenoble School of Management in France in collaboration with Sheffield University in the UK.

Berhane also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Saint Joseph University and is currently a Doctorate Candidate in the DBA Programme at Nottingham Business School at The Nottingham Trent University.

Throughout his career, Berhane has held significant positions, notably as the Director at the Hamad Port Project Steering Committee within the Ministry of Transport & Communications in the State of Qatar.

His previous roles include Director of Business Development, Corporate Affairs, Planning and Development, and various other strategic positions within the New Port Project Steering Committee, also in Qatar.

Before his tenure in Qatar, Berhane served as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning at Dubai World - Istithmar PJSC, Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Dubai World, and Business Development Manager at Dubai World - Nakheel.

He also gained experience as a Business Consultant Manager at ORACLE with the CIS-Group, Chargé de Mission at FRANSABANK - SAL, and as a Lecturer and Research Assistant at Saint Joseph University in Lebanon.
