Sara Carvell is an accomplished student affairs professional with a diverse range of skills and experience. With a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and a Master of Arts in College Counseling/Student Affairs in Higher Education, Sara has developed expertise in administration, supervision, coaching, advising, counseling, crisis management, event planning and programming, facilitation and presentation, and instruction. Her passion for helping students succeed is evident in her work as an Associate Director for the Office for Student Affairs at the University of Minnesota, where she oversees multiple areas of student support. Prior to this, she worked at Purdue University as a Student Support Specialist, Residential Life Manager, and Records Specialist. She also contributed to research at the National Institute on Drug Abuse at Wayne State University. Sara's dedication and knowledge make her a valuable asset to any team that values student success.
