Swapnesh Chintala is a seasoned media professional with over 19 years of experience in the film, television, and digital media industry. He has worked with some of the biggest names in Tollywood and has played a crucial role in the launch of a major Television Music channel from scratch. His expertise lies in designing packaging and show concepts for the channel. Swapnesh has also been instrumental in mining the true worth of content monetization on digital platforms, including YouTube.

At Star India's Telugu GEC Star Maa, he handled Project Management for Non-Fiction Programming, including shows like Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu and Bigg Boss. Swapnesh is the founder and CEO of Shakespeare Dreams LLP, as well as the Director of Global Education Solutions, a skill development organization helping high school students.
