Erik's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found two successful startups: Booshaka and The Scene. Booshaka, a social media analytics company, was acquired by Sprinklr, where he then served as CEO. The Scene, a fashion and beauty content platform, was acquired by Conde Nast.

Currently, Erik is the CTO/CMO at ONEHOPE Wine, where he leads product development and marketing initiatives. Prior to this, he served as the VP of Advertising Cloud at Sprinklr, where he oversaw global product strategy and development for one of their key product lines.
