Karen Lee is an accomplished healthcare leader with a remarkable history in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and hospital administration with P&L responsibilities. She is passionate about transforming healthcare through developing and connecting people, ideas, and solutions. Karen is a versatile people leader with a vast experience in corporate disciplines, including strategic planning, business development, marketing, and account management.
Karen champions value-based healthcare and digital surgery solutions and has a remarkable record of engaging clinicians, C-suites, non-clinical purchasers, and government officials. She was in the founding team to set up a 333-bed hospital for one of Asia's largest private healthcare groups. During her stint with the Singapore Government, Karen consulted healthcare and biotech SMEs.
A government scholar, Karen earned her MBA (Dist.) from the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the Dean's List twice. She also has a degree in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc (Dist.) in Health Economics. Despite her busy schedule, Karen enjoys traveling and dancing.
