The Lead User Lab is a new initiative within the AFOL Engagement department to attract, collaborate and co-create consumer and business value with LEGO Lead Users. 

I'm responsible for setting up the Lab and aligning with key executive stakeholders on vision & strategy. I'm also responsible for the innovation portfolio, insights and tracking of learnings, agile process, team leadership, personal leadership and making sure we learn about the open innovation value chain.

Overall ambition is to Incubate, stretch and execute AFOL ideas to create more value for AFOLs

Other responsibilities:
Mentor: Mentorship of start-up's in collaboration with LEGO Ventures. Eg. Peppy Pals 
Support them on vision, strategy, growth opportunities and networks.

Head of CPL Pilots - Establish and pilot new innovative LEGO experiences, Go to Market Strategies and Communication strategies - Building the strategy and leading the team that executed the pilots. 
Building a framework, insights foundation, process optimization, learning goals incl. metric systems for each pilot. 	

Innovation & Portfolio Strategy; Defining new trends, technologies, risk analysis, new business areas and managing opportunities. 
New Business models: Insights on future trends, competitor mapping, new business models for new experience across portfolio.

Marketing & Communication Lead – Working with external partners on a new experiences for a new target groups incl. Business strategy, new go-to-market subscription model, digital campaign, PR, data insights process and tracking from concept to launch.

Working for startup ECOmove + support on strategy work for other incubators in the Green Energy cluster in Horsens. Especially helping them define their business model.

ECOmove develop, design and produce real electric cars - cars which from the beginning are build to run on electric power. The cars pay special attention to environment and safety, and their goal is to become a global supplier of private cars and cars for business use. 
The mission in ECOmove is to develop and deliver economical cars, which provide drivers with a clean climate-conscience and which can always be tailored to the demands of the individual customer. My responsibility was to write my Master Thesis about Business Model Management and planning communication. On the practical side I was responsible for sales, events, social media and marketing.

The Trade Council has focus on Cleantech, Architecture and Construction, Fashion and Luxury Goods, ICT, Innovation and Invest in Denmark.
My sectors: Cleantech industry, Architecture & Construction and Fashion & design. 
Main area of work: Plan events(GreenBuild - Nordic Pavilion, Cool Copenhagen - promoting danish design, architecture, food and fashion), work close together with Senior trade advisors on different projects, consulting etc. Responsible for building a social network platform and co-developing a new website for the Trade Council. 
Consists of: Promoting Danish products, opportunities and developing the trade to Canada. Involved in developing creative solutions, concepts and strategies for delegations going to Denmark and Canada.
