Alex Shea is a dynamic professional with experience in the hospitality and tech industries. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel & Tourism, Alex spent several years working in various roles in the hospitality industry, including food and beverage management at The Hermitage Hotel and Aquitaine Restaurant Group. In search of more opportunities for growth and development, Alex moved to the tech industry, working first as a Business Development Representative at Localytics and currently as Management at Iterable.

At Iterable, Alex worked in multiple roles, including growth and TSS (Technical Support Specialist) before being promoted to TSS Team Lead. His interest in digital tech is evident, as he is passionate about email, analytics, predictive marketing, engagement, mobile, and enjoys diving into data to solve problems. Outside of work, Alex trained and taught at both Defensive Edge/ American Top Team and the Radisson hotel as an instructor and teaching assistant, respectively.

Alex is always open to trading ideas, chatting, and collaborating to tackle problems head-on, making him an excellent team player. He is always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and hopes to use his experience in hospitality and tech to bring solutions to the challenges facing the hospitality industry, with a focus on budgeting and finance.
