Kasey Robinson is a UX professional with a creative background in Fine Arts. She acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tufts University and School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and attended the Pre-College Program at Rhode Island School of Design. After working for five years as a designer at startups and large companies in the Bay Area, California, she pursued further education at Designlab's UX Academy, where she studied UX design, user research, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping, usability studies, brand and identity, Keynote pitch decks, UI and Interaction Design, and basics in HTML, CSS, and JS. She excels at research-driven design and is committed to creating ethical, inspiring, and collaborative consumer products and services. Her preferred design tools include Sketch 3, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, Zeplin, paper prototyping, OptimalWorkshop and UsabilityHub. She also has experience conducting remote and on-the-field field research. Robinson has worked as a User Experience Designer at Meitu, Inc., Senior Product Designer at Gfycat, Design Associate at Minted, and Co-Founder & Designer at Startups. Moreover, she has been a Mentor, Student Advocate at UX Academy at Designlab, and mentored new designers.
