Jeff Li is an accomplished educator with years of experience in the education sector. He holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations with Distinction from Stanford University and an M.S. in Childhood Education from the Bank Street College of Education. Jeff's passion for education led him to co-found KIPP Beyond, KIPP's first intentionally integrated school, and work as a mentor teacher for the National Summer School Initiative. He was recognized as an American Star of Teaching by the US Department of Education for his students' academic gains. Jeff has worked with Teach For America-New York and held various leadership roles to help the organization grow nationwide. He also served as an Associate and Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.

Jeff's expertise lies in teaching, teacher training, and organizational development. He has experience working with over-aged, under-credited students, homeless students, and those involved in the juvenile justice and foster care systems. He is proficient in math instruction and has received recognition as a Better Lesson Master Teacher and a Featured Teacher for the KIPP network. Jeff's interests lie in closing the achievement gap and ensuring that students have access to quality education. His background in management consulting also provides him with a unique perspective on strategy and organizational development.
