Friedrich Kalthoff, a global shaper and co-founder of Kraftling GmbH, boasts an impressive background in venture capital, corporate management, and economics. Kalthoff achieved a Master of Science with Distinction in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) following his undergraduate exchange program in Business Administration and Management, Economics at Tsinghua University. Additionally, Kalthoff studied economics, political science, and business administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He has held positions in a variety of organizations, including Global Shapers, World Economic Forum, and Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. In his previous roles, Kalthoff served as a business manager to the C-level and as a Venture Capital Fall Analyst at Mountain Partners. He has also volunteered extensively in project development and leadership roles, including at the Bundesministerium.
