Capt. Venkat

Capt. Venkat has an impressive background and a passion for social entrepreneurship. As a Short Service Officer in the Indian Army, he gained valuable experience working in both operational and counterinsurgency settings. After retiring, he found a calling in helping veterans transition from the military to civilian life. Venkat has worked on groundbreaking initiatives in partnership with the Director General Resettlement (Armed Forces) and NASSCOM, receiving praise for his innovative approach to transition and talent management. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow and has lectured at various other business schools. He is determined to find solutions and improve society by devising new approaches and enhancing existing systems.
