Leah Jewell has over 30 years of experience in the education and learning solutions industry, with an impressive track record of developing and scaling innovative products and programs. As the former Managing Director of Employability Solutions and Services at Pearson, Leah was responsible for a $100M P&L and a $7M capital budget, where she oversaw the build of innovative digital/SaaS solutions for high school, higher ed, and lifelong learners. She has also successfully launched multiple new solutions and services that integrate 3rd party software, content, and data analysis, earning her the Pearson Product Team of the Year award five times.

Leah is known for her intuitive leadership style, driving collaboration across technical experts, strategists, product managers, and marketers to develop high-performing teams. Her expertise in strategy development, marketing, and problem-solving skills has enabled her to build and execute global strategies for employability, workforce readiness, and health science and careers, among other domains. Leah holds an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The University of New Mexico. She also earned her Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.

Currently, Leah is a Co-Founder at UPSKLS - UpstreamSkills and formerly founded 2AR Consulting. She is also a former Board Member at IoT Talent Consortium and has held multiple leadership positions at Pearson, including Managing Director of Workforce Readiness and President of Health Science and Careers.
