Dan Gertsacov is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in driving change and growth in companies of various sizes and industries. He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Focus Brands LLC, overseeing the top-line business of seven restaurant concepts. Prior to this role, Gertsacov led the digital turnaround of Arcos Dorados, the world's largest independent franchisee of McDonald's, with over 2,200 restaurants in 20 countries.

Gertsacov is not only experienced in leading large organizations and transformational processes, but he is also an entrepreneur at heart. He has helped Google launch new businesses and country offices and founded a large, international social enterprise. In addition, Gertsacov led a venture-backed FinTech startup.

Gertsacov's experience includes driving the creation of new disciplines and business models, such as mobile commerce, CRM, and e-commerce, and building and inspiring cross-functional teams. He also has extensive experience acting as a change agent at the Board of Directors' level for large conglomerates and foundations.

Aside from his professional accomplishments, Gertsacov is passionate about food, CrossFit, whiskey distillation, and preparing homemade Thai curries and Southern BBQ. He has studied at several prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School, and holds degrees in business and economics.
