Jon Schlegel is a hospitality industry expert and entrepreneur based in Denver. Schlegel studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at the University of Denver, where he later taught as an Adjunct Professor. He later went on to found Snooze, An A.M. Eatery, which quickly became a popular breakfast restaurant chain in Colorado and other parts of the US. More recently, Schlegel founded a culinary hospitality program called Il Ospite (The Host) at La Casa Gialla.

Schlegel has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and has imparted valuable insights to his students and fellow professionals. He has been recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit and has won several awards, including the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2018. Through his innovative ventures, Schlegel has contributed to the growth and development of the culinary and hospitality industry in Colorado and beyond.
