Kathleen Paulicelli is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the fashion and retail industries. She attended Longwood High School and studied Course Credits in Human Resources and Retail Studies at Cornell University and the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Ms. Paulicelli's career began with administrative assistant positions at Estée Lauder and Calvin Klein, where she supported the President, VP Finance, and SVP Sales. She also served as an Exec Assistant at Hugo Boss and Heidrick & Struggles, and as Assistant to the SVP Corporate Affairs at Polo Ralph Lauren.

Kathleen's most notable roles were as Director of Marketing at JA Apparel Group and Joseph Abboud. She currently serves as Sr. Exec Admin at Phillips Van Heusen. Her vast experience in executive support and marketing has honed her skills in communication, organization, and management.
