With an impressive educational background consisting of a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Tarleton State University, a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas, his expertise and experience are unparalleled.

Williams has held various roles in different organizations, including the Director for Collegiate Academy and Collegiate Credit Partnerships at Texas Wesleyan University, Vice Chair of Programs at Education Foundation For Fort Worth Schools, Adjunct Instructor and Coordinator of Student Support at Tarrant County College, Career and College Readiness at Fort Worth ISD, among other positions he has held over the years.
