Alan Guichard is a multifaceted person with a diverse educational background, extensive professional experience, and notable achievements. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance with a minor in International Studies from Bentley University, a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University D’Amore-Mckim School of Business. He has also studied aviation, which reflects his passion for flying.
Alan is the CFO and Co-Founder of Flytenow, a startup that connects pilots with passengers who share the cost of a flight. He has served as Vice President of Finance and Strategy and as General Counsel at Bannerman, where he led business strategy, fundraising, and legal affairs. He worked as a Counsel at Carbonite, providing legal guidance on corporate governance and litigation matters. He also gained experience as a Judicial Intern at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and as a Legal Intern at The Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman. Alan has been recognized for his skills as a lawyer and a leader.
In his spare time, Alan enjoys sailing and traveling the world. He has worked as a Yacht Provisioning Manager at Global Purchasing Ltd., which gave him experience in procurement and management.
