- Organization and Management of delivery of Results.-Prepare stage and work plan for the project and take the lead in implementing for delivery of results.-Development and review business and marketing plans of the various components of the project, and development of any necessary business relationships for the success of the project output.-Preparation of the sustainability plan, which will help the continuity of the work of the unit after project close.-Supervise and monitor all project activities and insure proper implementation of all its components. -Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day functioning of the Project Team. -Manage the financial resources for achieving results in line with the activities outlined in the project work plan.-Ensure that project outputs have been achieved as appropriate.-Manage risks, issues and problems and ensure implementation of corrective actions are taken.-Ensure the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plan, in a participatory manner.-Ensure Project compliance with UCAS rules and regulations in the field and management of procurement processes including contractors and supplier selection and evaluation, quality management and performance measurement.-Prepare final project report and process all other requirements for the project auditing, and final evaluation and closure of the project as per UCAS/IDB standard procedures.-Supervision and follow-up the preparation of a television program about the outputs of the scientific journal project.-Produce timely reports – financial and progress reports – as required by the Project.

Entrepreneurs "Mobaderoon" is a project aims at building and supporting the abilities of youths, who have promising innovative ideas, which will turn to successful business projects in the near future. We will provide these projects with the necessary administrative and technical support to be independent and productive ones. Moreover, we aspire to push the development cycle forward through such projects.  Mobaderoon funded by the Welfare Association and implemented by the Continuing Education and Community Services Deanship at the IUG in partnership with the Business & Technology Incubator and the Palestinian Information & Communication Technology Association “PICTA”.
