Katherine Grill, PhD, is a skilled behavioral neuroscientist specializing in integrative and behavioral medicine. She has extensive experience in clinical research and curriculum creation, and has worked as an instructor in higher education institutions. Katherine has a strong interest in digital and personalized medicine, and her work focuses on the intersection of psychology and neurobiology to help individuals create positive behavior change.

Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy from Springfield College, and a Master of Arts in Experimental and Biological Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience both from American University.
