Beta Gamboa
Beta Gamboa is an accomplished Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with over 20 years of experience in the branding and communication industry. She is also a Professional Medical Coach by M.C.I Medical Coach Institute de Israel and an expert in Psicologia Positiva com Foco em Coaching. After founding her own consulting business, Beta Gamboa Coaching, in 2013, she has conducted more than 3,200 hours of coaching processes with executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Her successful career includes leadership positions in two of the top branding and communication consultancies in Brazil, where she worked with national and international companies such as Vale, Santander, Petrobrás, Embratel, Unibanco, Unimed, Energisa, Grupo EBX, Procter & Gamble, TIM, SENAC, Coca-Cola, Brastemp, and Eleva Educação. Gamboa led the team that created the Olympic and Paralympic brands for the Rio 2016 Committee.
Beta has also been certified as an Action Learning Coach, Facilitator of Codesenvolvimento, and BIG 5 Assessment. She is a Pós Graduate in Psicologia Positiva from CPAF-RJ and has an MBA in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
