Lakshman Pillai is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, and has a passion for innovation in the areas of workplace, higher education and personal transformation. With a Master's in Computer Applications, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor's in Physics, Mr. Pillai has had the opportunity to work with multi-national organizations such as Oracle Asia Pacific and Wipro Infotech, where he served as Manager of Knowledge Systems and Services.

Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of Lpcube Systems India Pvt. Ltd., where he has spearheaded the development of Smipio, a holistic software innovation designed to empower the present and future workforce to think, learn and perform. He has also written a book titled Holistic Workplace for Excellence.

With his broad experience and technical expertise, Mr. Pillai enjoys sharing his knowledge through thought-provoking talks in conferences.
