Accenture's Dipti Vaishnav is a highly experienced Managing Director in the Automotive and Industrial practice with over 15 years of consulting experience. A graduate of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and R A Podar College with an MMS in Marketing and a B.Com in Accounting and Business/Management, respectively. She has worked on strategy projects across FMCG, Pharma, and Automotive industries, successfully designing and implementing initiatives that have delivered business benefits for clients.

Prior to joining Accenture, Vaishnav worked with Pepsi Co India as a Sales and Marketing Regional Manager, delivering volumes and market share growth, defining go-to-market strategy, distributor and network management, including regional sales P&L. She then joined Ambit Pragma as Operations Director, where she worked closely with portfolio companies to deliver planned growth as part of the investment thesis.

At Accenture, Vaishnav leverages her expertise to lead relationships with key clients in India and help them in their strategic journey for business transformation. Specific projects include dealer network strategy for a new car OEM launch, enabling the best-in-class uptime experience for commercial vehicle OEM, and cost optimization for a large South African conglomerate and distribution setup. She's also worked on digital customer experience design and execution for a premium 2W brand in India and new business design and deployment from product to service for a tire manufacturer in India.
