Carl Kelly is a multi-talented executive leader with an impressive 20-year career in the elite US Army Special Operations Forces. He has been recognized for his expertise in conceptualizing, developing, implementing, and evaluating workforce training programs for multi-tiered organizations with over 23,500 personnel located stateside and in global high-risk environments. He has also displayed strong financial acumen administering fiscal budgets ranging from $102 million to $410 million.

Kelly progressed to high-visibility job assignments that required influential leadership, strategic planning foresight, innate organizational management abilities, and astute fiduciary skills. Throughout his impressive career, he has been trusted with an active Federal Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance. Notably, he has worked cohesively with US Government interagencies, US Department of State, foreign nationals, and contractors to achieve goals.

Kelly has an MBA in Military Strategic Studies, General from the USAWC and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Missouri. Additionally, he has a master's degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from Air University.

Before establishing his own company, Kelly Consulting Group, he held several senior positions in top-tier organizations. He was the Senior Special Operations Exercise Planner at WWC (Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, LLC) and the Senior Special Operations Exercise Director at ICE, Inc. He was the Chief of Staff at 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne), the Director of Operations at 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne), the Deputy Commander Operations Group at the Joint Readiness Training Center, the Director of Operations at Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - PACOM, Battalion Commander, Director Of Training And Development at United States Army Special Forces Command, Executive Officer at 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne), Company Commander, and Delta Company 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne), among others.
