Nikolay Mikhaylov is a highly accomplished technology manager with significant experience in leading cutting-edge developments for aviation, space, and consumer electronics. He has more than 20 years of industrial experience in product/project management, research, and development. Besides, he is a skilled mentor, coach, and trainer of start-up management teams. Nikolay holds a Ph.D. in Physics and an Executive MBA from HEC School of Management.

In his professional career, Nikolay held various leadership roles in organizations such as Bosch, ITMO University, Skolkovo Foundation, Quantenna Communications, and Airbus. He was the founder and VP of Development at AqtrackTechnologies, Inc, and the CEO of Soft Nav, which provided him with a wealth of experience in the development of strategy and business models for avionics, space, and telecom start-ups.
