Katy Hindle is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in gender, health, and human rights. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town, an LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an advanced certificate in company law from the University of the Witwatersrand. Hindle has worked in various organizations, including ENSafrica as a knowledge management lawyer and the Centre for Human Rights as a program manager. She has also served as a policy development and advocacy fellow at the Sonke Gender Justice Network and worked as a candidate attorney at ENS.
