William "Bill" Hodges is an accomplished business and communications consultant with extensive experience in management training, sales meetings, and human relations seminars. He is the founder and president of Hodges Seminars, an enterprise that has helped many government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and major associations worldwide. He is known for his easy-to-understand style of writing and delivering speeches, hosting his business interview and public affairs TV program.

Bill has authored numerous articles, including a syndicated column named "POSI-TALK," which is distributed worldwide through newspapers, corporate newsletters, and association magazines to as many as 1.5 million readers per month. His book "Within Your Reach" has also inspired many people to achieve their dreams.

He has served as board member for the Western Ohio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and is a member of Toastmasters International, the Professional Speakers Guild, and the Tampa Chamber of Commerce. He was a two-term board member of Hospice of Dayton and two-term member of the parent organization's International Board of Directors.

Bill has a degree in BSBA Marketing from the University of Dayton and started his education at Grand Rapids Community College. He has owned and managed various businesses, sold products, managed a sales force, and served as a military sales rep at National Cash Register Co.
