Having previously worked as the YouthSpark US Lead and the Community Development and Events US and International Lead for Microsoft Philanthropies, Lattanner currently serves as the International Digital Inclusion and Skills for Employability Lead, where they spearhead efforts to bridge the digital divide and provide people with the necessary digital skills to thrive in the workforce.
