Mark Jones is a seasoned HR and Talent expert who has earned a reputation for helping businesses of all sizes solve their talent-related challenges. Mark is the founder of TalentMetrics, a data-driven consultancy that leverages design thinking principles to deliver actionable insights, knowledge development, and all-encompassing talent strategies.

Mark boasts over 15 years' worth of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment, both on the client-side and at agencies. Mark's expertise spans across a wide array of industries, and he has worked with both global organizations and startups. Over the years, he has amassed valuable insights from thousands of hires and hundreds of unique people strategies and processes, developing a thorough understanding of what works and what doesn't.

Mark holds a degree from the University of Bath and studied Design Thinking at The Open University. He is also a former mentor at Fishburners, one of Australia's largest startup communities.
