Erick Isaac has over 20 years of combined experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors to drive impact through economic development in our communities. He holds a Master of Public Administration in Economic Development from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Laws in Law from the same institution and Universidad del Norte, respectively.

Isaac currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Prospera USA, where he had previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Development and Assistant Vice President - Other Regions. Prior to that, he had worked at the U.S. Department of Labor as the Intergovernmental Affairs - U.S. Southeast Region Assistant Secretary Representative, at Miami Dade County in various positions such as GOB Capital Improvements - Office of Management and Budget and Internal Audit - Audit and Management Services, at Latam Investments, LLC as Compliance Officer / Operations Manager, and at Consejo de la Judicatura as Legal Officer. Overall, Isaac's professional experience underscores his proficiency in economic development, non-profit management, government affairs, auditing, internal controls, and law. His expertise and skills are centered around fostering community impact, fundraising, program management, government relations, and compliance.
