- Developed skills to adapt, adjust, and execute each and every outlet’s wine service expectations and needs.
- Was a part of the team to close the iconic Neros steakhouse to pave way for the incredibly reputable, lucrative, legendary Old Homestead.
- Intrigued guests with exciting wines to accompany contemporary Southwestern fare with the loved, celebrity chef personality, Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill.
- Collaborated with the intricate workings within the hotel wine department, to administration, room service, warehouse, restaurants, inventory, and stock control to accommodate business needs.

- Coordinated wine cellars and menus for Robuchon Restaurants: first and only 3 Star Michelin Guide Winner in Las Vegas, Forbes Five Stars, AAA 5 Diamonds and Grand Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator.
- Executed the Chef of Century’s vision of the utmost highest standards in food and wine service.
- Enhanced guests’ experiences with fine-tuned, carefully hand-selected wine pairings for Chef Robuchon’s exquisite 
degustations. 
- Executed quality and volume for five-time James Beard Foundation medal recipient, Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak.
- Created schedules for front of the house staffing along with back of the house preventative maintenance and cleaning.
