With over 7 years of experience, Yuriy has built, scaled, and led high-performance engineering and leadership teams globally.

He excels in crisis management, Agile software development methodologies, and has a track record of successful program and department level management.

Yuriy Shovkoplias holds a Master of Science in Control and Automation Systems from NURE in Ukraine and has a background in Mathematical Modeling from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.

His professional journey includes roles at Amazon Web Services as a Migration Delivery Consultant, and significant positions at Mirantis such as Senior Director of Product Operations, Director of Global PMO, Professional Services, DevOps Department Manager, and Deputy Director of Engineering, OpenStack Services.

Prior to Mirantis, he held the position of Program and Project Manager at Echostar Corporation, where he also served as a SW Engineer and Team Leader.
