- Led the a platform service team as part of the Global Verticals leadership team. The product area was a group wide initiative affecting multiple teams in different development hubs.
-  Moved to Lisbon for a few months acting as interim Real Estate Director. I redefined agents (pro users) product strategy in EU markets, and on-boarded a new Director.

- I led the ads mediation product, Fyber’s core product behind many top grossing applications, responsible for a significant portion of the company monthly revenue under management.
-  Built and managed the strategic partner integrations with 14 global ad networks such as Google Admob and Facebook audience to create the world leading video ads mediation platform.

- Built up the HR, finances and customer service functions from scratch.
-  Built product operations for multiple product launches by preparing product operations requirements, designing processes, and building KPI dashboards for subscription, billing, and customer service.

-  Built and launched IDRA’s own product: Kote, a supermarket procurement optimization tool. 
-  Developed web applications in Java, Scala, and JavaScript through these projects.
