Elizabeth Smyth is an accomplished Senior Director in the field of User Experience (UX) with an impressive educational and professional background. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Evolutionary Cognitive Psychology from the University of Chicago. Elizabeth also studied Anthropology and Psychology at the University of Southern California and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in Electronic/Computer Composition from Mills College.
Elizabeth has worked as a UX Researcher and Designer at User Centric, Inc., an Interaction Designer at Mbira Technologies, and as a UX Director at GfK Boutique Research. Prior to those roles, she was a Case Manager at On The Record, Inc. and Registrar, Professional Development at the University of Southern California. She most recently served as a UX Researcher at GoPro before joining Ipsos as a Senior Director (UX) where she is currently employed.
Elizabeth's experience across multiple roles has granted her a unique perspective that informs her approach to UX design. With over a decade of experience in the field, she has developed a reputation for leading successful UX projects and providing strategic guidance in the development of digital products.
