Bo Phillips

Bo Phillips is a litigation and trial practice partner at Alston & Bird LLP, with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, where he is a founding partner of the San Francisco office. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.

With extensive experience in class action defense at a national level, Bo focuses on California's robust laws concerning unfair competition, unfair business practices, and advertising. He specializes in representing insurers, employers, manufacturers, retailers, and financial services companies in complex high-stakes litigation. Bo also handles a diverse array of appeals in both state and federal courts.
