With over 20 years of professional experience, Ray has held a variety of leadership roles in education and development. He is currently the Director of Institutional Advancement at Gilmour Academy and was formerly the Director of Advancement at Holy Name High School. Prior to this, Ray was the Director of Regional Development & Campaign Giving at Case Western Reserve University.

In addition to his work in education, Ray also has a strong background in sales and account management. He has worked for prominent companies such as Newark InOne, Equitec, Inc., and The Sherwin-Williams Co.
