Prior to his tenure at ITV, Paul contributed to BSkyB where he held roles such as Head of Operations and Live Operations Manager, demonstrating his expertise in managing operational functions effectively.

Paul has also served as a Board Director at AIME and has honed his skills in areas like Operations Support, Account Executive, and Delivery Assurance throughout his career.
