Employed to manage a new team based in the Isleworth office with geographical focus on Harrow and Uxbridge.

 Key Achievements:
•	The division exceeded annual targets in both 2001 and 2002 and was ranked fourth and third most profitable division respectively for industry and commerce in the UK.
•	Individually billed over £350,000 in revenue in 2001.
•	The division consistently achieved ‘red letter’ quarterly revenue targets both as individuals and as a team. 
•	Increased consultant headcount from four to eight and grew individual revenue accordingly.
•	Trained and recruited two people who have since been promoted to manager within Michael Page Finance.  
•	Negotiated formal preferred and exclusive supplier relationships with companies such as British Airways, GlaxoSmithkline, Apple, APW, Coca-Cola, Entertainment UK, Burger King, HJ Heinz, Compass, Quaker, MM02, Coats, First National Bank.

Responsible for recruitment and training of a team of 7 consultants. 
•Billed over £50,000 revenue in first quarter. Promoted to manager after five months as a consultant.
•Developed new client relationships with several companies including BT plc and Vendome Group. This resulted in campaign management of several multi- vacancy campaigns contributing over £120,000 in revenues. 
•Increased team revenues from £50,000k per month to £100,000k per month within first six months as manager. 
•Through one to one training increased one consultant’s billings from £40,000k per quarter to over £90,000k.
•Increased proportion of retained advertised assignments to 50% of teams’ active portfolio.
